What do you do for a living: Social Worker
What is your exercise/athletic background: I did not have much of an exercise background. I had limited experience with the stair master and treadmill at the gym.
How long have you been CrossFitting: Only since November
How did you get started in CrossFit: I was recommended by a colleague who is a member of Iron Strong.
How has CrossFit changed your life: I have lost 10lbs ALREADY!!!!! & I am beginning to eat right.
What are your favorite workouts/movements/lifts? Least favorite?
Favorite – rowing & squats
Least Favorite – burpees
What is one CrossFit goal you would like to set for yourself: To be able to do a pull up
What is one fun thing about you that most people in the gym would not know: I love to dance and have a good time with my friends.
What do you like the most about Iron Strong: It is a very welcoming and encouraging community. Everyone wants to see everyone succeed; It’s like a family
