What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I originally got into working out when I played sports in high school. I met some awesome people at the gym and began strength training to compete. Strength sports led me to my wife who is a huge CrossFit athlete and now we share our passion for our sports.
Why did you become a trainer?
I honestly remember the first time I walked into the gym totally lost. No one offered help or tips and it took me years to figure things out on my own. I truly enjoy sharing what knowledge I have with others and helping them get to their goals.

The Hulk, because he’s a stone cold bad ass.
