During your 1-on-1 introduction we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain our Group Fitness Classes, how we train and put you through a Fitness Class workout with one of our coaches. Afterward, we’ll talk about what membership options work best for you.
Step #2 – Select a Membership
Once you’re ready, talk to us about our membership options, and we’ll get you setup.
Step #3 – Group Fitness 101 Classes
Before you jump into regular group classes, we require new athletes to go through our fundamentals set of classes where we teach you all about how to safely (and effectively) perform the foundational movements in our Group Fitness. Not only is your safety important to us, but helping make sure you move correctly is a vital piece of ensuring that you see the results you’re wanting.
